Glenn Brooks 

Genstone Asset Disposition

Glenn is President of Genstone Asset Disposition for The Fay Group, where he oversees the team responsible for helping clients maximize returns while mitigating losses on REO. With more than 30 years of experience in property preservation, construction, REO, and foreclosure management, he brings a deep understanding of asset performance, value recovery, and operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Glenn held several leadership roles at Eastern Savings Bank, a privately owned federal savings bank with more than $1 billion in assets. He also spent 10 years as a licensed General Contractor focused on new construction, residential, and commercial remodeling. In addition, Glenn owned a mortgage brokerage with 60 employees and managed a title company operating in 18 states, further expanding his experience across the full real estate lifecycle.
