The 2026 Annual Summit will be held March 1-3 at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel. We will be featuring servicer and asset management firms representing many of the largest default management servicers sharing about their business and how agents can participate in the process.

Substitution / Cancellation Policy

All Annual Meeting registration substitutions and cancellations must be submitted by email to info@defaultpro.org by the registered attendee. Cancellations received by February 1, 2026, are subject to a refund minus a $100 administrative fee per registration. There will be no refunds or substitutions for cancellations made after February 1, 2026 

Guest Registration 

To qualify as a guest, this person must be a spouse, or significant other and not employed in the real estate/banking industry. Guest registration does not include access to educational sessions.
