Has the government really created a new housing bubble as a recent Wall Street Journal article claimed? Are government lending policies like higher debt-to-income ratios for homebuyers, and foreclosure prevention protocols like the FHA's partial claim program setting the market up for its next crash and a new tidal wave of defaults? And have these policies created a hidden trove of underwater borrowers, while becoming a "cash cow" for mortgage servicers?
Is this scenario real, bad math, or something worse?
Join us as we answer these questions and try to set the record straight in an information-packed session with MBA President & CEO Bob Broeksmit, Carrington Mortgage Holdings Managing Director Nolan Turner, and Rick Sharga, Founder & CEO of CJ Patrick Company.
What's really going on with mortgage delinquencies and defaults, mortgage servicing and homeowner equity? Join us on April 23rd at 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time to find out.
