Introduction to Residential Default Certification at AREAA

In conjunction with the AREAA National Convention, NADP will offer Residential Default Course 1 of the three-part Residential Default certification program. This is the 1st program in the certification process. Register for this workshop on the AREAA National Convention website, click here to go! 

About the Residential REO Certification Course:

Part 1, Introduction to Default: Building an Understanding of Real Estate Owned Residential Property, will cover the basics of default, including the workflow from default to bank owned, minimum service level requirements, and how to be most successful when properties are assigned.  You will walk away with a better understanding of common concepts, terms and the general workflow of a residential default property. After completion, students may take courses 2 and 3 to acheive their Default Pro Certification.

Meet the Presenter:

Bryce Fendall

Vice President: Statebridge Company

Bryce Fendall is the Vice President of Statebridge Company and oversees the Default, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO (Real Estate Owned) Valuation, Property Inspection & Preservation, Hazard Claims and Mortgage Claims functions. Mr. Fendall brings over 30 years of Real Estate Management experience including 20 years of mortgage servicing experience focused in REO, Short Sale, Deed In Lieu, Property Inspections & Preservation, Valuation and Hazard Claims Management.
