In conjunction with our Annual Meeting, NADP will offer Course 1 and Course 2 of the Residential Default certification program. This is a 3 part program and certification process. The Annual Meeting registration is separate, click here to register! 

About the Residential REO Certification Courses:

Add Residential Default Certification to your Resume to expand your services for greater rewards by attending our Residential Default Training Course. Part 1, Introduction to Default: Building an Understanding of Default Residential Property will cover the basics of default, including the workflow from default to bank owned, minimum service level requirements, and how to be most successful when properties are assigned.  You will walk away with a better understanding of common concepts, terms and the general workflow of a residential default property.

Part 2, Residential Default: Accurate Valuations in a Changing Market will include in-depth valuation and informative case studies taught by industry leading valuation experts. Interested in learning what makes your BPO standout and provide REAL value to your client?  This four hour course will be broken into 3 distinct sections that will cover: 1) What a BPO is and isn’t, property descriptions, neighborhood information and listing history; 2) Accurate  repair estimates, comp selection and adjustments; 3) Recommended strategies, final value assessments, comments and photos.  Each of the three sections will be followed by a comprehensive case study to ensure the subjects are thoroughly understood.

Participation in these courses will put you on the path to completing the 3-part series to earn your NADP Residential Default Certification.
