About Me
As the Managing Broker and Owner of Pathfinder Realty I bring my passion & knowledge from my years of experience. My partner and I have closed over 2100 assets since obtaining my real estate license in 2006 with nearly 1900 of those being REOs. In addition to my traditional real estate clients, I specialize in managing and marketing REO, Corporate, Bank Owned, and Estate Properties. While I'm certified in platforms like Equator, Res.net, Pyramid Platform, and Exceleras, I believe the real-world experience I've gained over the years truly sets me apart. I have a knack for picking up new technologies quickly, often with little to no guidance.

Our office provides a full suite of REO services, ensuring that everything from occupancy checks to eviction assistance is handled with precision and care. We are meticulous with our Broker Price Opinion (BPO) evaluations, aiming to complete them swiftly within 48-72 hours to provide accurate and timely property assessments.

Our marketing strategies are tailored and dynamic, utilizing virtual tours, professional photography, virtual staging and QR Codes on sign riders that link to customized websites for each listing. This helps maximize visibility and attract potential buyers. Before a property even goes on the market, we create 360 3D Tours that offer a captivating preview, highlighting each property's best features.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my family and friends and embracing the great outdoors. Whether it's working on classic cars with my husband or racing my '99 Mustang Cobra at autocross events, these activities refresh and invigorate me, bringing balance to my bustling professional life.
