About Me
Mr. Medrano is a highly experienced professional in the Mortgage Servicing Industry, with over 25 years of experience in various roles. He began his career at Countrywide Home Loans, and since then has held several positions within the industry. He spent a decade of his career at Fannie Mae in the National Servicing Organization (NSO). After ten years at Fannie Mae, he joined USRES as National Sales Representative, where he played a key role in driving sales and expanding the company’s reach. During his second decade Victor flourish when he joined Frenkel Lambert Weiss Weisman & Gordon, LLP as the Director of Client Relations, where he was responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Victor has also joined RES National as the Chief Strategy Officer and Global Strategic/AmeriSource, Inc. as sales representative.

In addition to his professional experience, Victor is a US Naval Reserve Veteran who proudly served during Operation Desert Storm. His military experience has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence, which has served him well throughout his career.

Victor also serves as a Member and Vice-Chair of the Marketing committee for USFN. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Victor is a highly respected professional and is known for his strategic thinking, leadership, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
