About Me
Shlomo Sahadeo has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage services industry. Shlomo is currently the SVP of Default at Renovo Financial, where he has spent that last year building out operations for default servicing (foreclosure, bankruptcy, preservation, REO) and portfolio management for the servicing department. Prior to working at Renovo Financial, he served as SVP of Homeowner Preservation at AHP Servicing, LLC., Shlomo was responsible for all aspects of default management, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, customer service and account management. Shlomo has held roles at Fay Servicing, LLC. his last role there was as a Vice President of Account Management where he spent his last year designing and implementing a non-retention focused borrower resolution process that streamlines loss mitigation liquidations through full property sales, short sales, and deed in lieu of foreclosure dispositions using a national real estate broker network. Before joining Fay Servicing, Shlomo worked as a Team Leader of Default Collections and as a Senior Asset Manager at Quantum Servicing/Clayton Holdings LLC. A Covius Solution, executing loss mitigation resolution strategies for alternative investors with large non-performing loan portfolios. Shlomo also worked as a Loss Mitigation Closer at HSBC, starting his career in mortgage servicing.
