About Me
Kevin Wallace has over thirty five years' experience in portfolio real estate project management, sales and property management. Currently Kevin Wallace owns inventory of 30,000 SF and has an approved 260,000 SF of commercial property to be added to my personally owned inventory. Kevin has been responsible for disbursement of over 42,000 assets owned by the federal and state governments and 10’s of thousands of assets real estate owned by lending institutions nationwide.

After completion of his studies in Business and Property Management at Stockton State College, Kevin pursued a career in the local real estate market. Currently, Kevin holds real estate brokers licenses in New Jersey & Pennsylvania and four (4) licensed offices in NJ, PA & DE. As a Real Estate Agent, Kevin started pursuing asset management work for government in 1989 while working on the displacement contract for CRDA (Casino Reinvestment Development Association). Kevin started as an asset manager for the federal government in 1995. Kevin Wallace has experience with all Asset Portfolio and Allocation, Marketing and Management, Development and Redevelopment of commercial property, single and multifamily homes. Over the last thirty four (34) years Kevin Wallace has positioned himself within the government, lender and hedge fund asset held community. Kevin’s background includes oversight and hands on with all Marketing and Sales, Mortgagee Management, Preservation & Protection, Quality Control of pre & post acquisitions of single-family assets.

As an acting Officer of this company, Kevin’s responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, investor relations, and financial business planning. Kevin Wallace will be the principal correspondent and contact person with all investors, head all operations, organizes and conducts internal reviews. He will maintain the organization and systematization of all technical procedures dealing with the inventory. He will be responsible for insuring that the company surpasses the stipulations as stated in your investment Performa.

Currently Kevin Wallace is active in the REO in all facets including the named Quality Control Coordinator for the existing HUD AM Contracts.
