About Me
Tricia Raymond is an active broker in Southeast Michigan and is affilitated both with Keller Williams Somerset as well as owning her own property management firm TMI Realty, LLC. Tricia began as an investor in the 1990's and owns several of her own income properties in addition to the 100+ that TMI manages. Tricia started in the REO business in 2004 and is highly knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of listing and selling REO inventory, having been involved in 1000's of transactions and worked with large banks as well as hedge funds, notebuyers and the retail market. Tricia shifted and diversified her business by increasing rental management early in the recession. She has been involved in several REIA (Real Estate Investment Association) groups and been featured periodically as an educational speaker.
Tricia also has 13 years of legal experience with one of Michigan's largest litigation firms and became very educated in the default and bankruptcy industry even prior to entering real estate.
