Susan Dicicco (Farese)
Susan Dicicco is a Vice President of Asset Management for Truman Capital Advisors, LP in New York. She has been in this role for over 16 years wherein she assisted the startup of Truman Capital Advisor’s in-house management company, Columbus Management.
Susan has been in the REO/Default Management/Lending/Servicing/Foreclosure Industry for over 35 years. Her experience ranges from Legal, Sub-Prime Lending, Foreclosure, Deed in Lieu, Property Management, Co-ops, REOs, Evictions, Diligence, Taxes and Title. She held the position of Office Manager with The Logs Network in both their Tampa and New York Office, worked in the servicing/lending/foreclosure and REO divisions of Superior Bank, GRP Financial Services and New Century Mortgage. She started her career in high school working part-time after school in real estate and with a local bank in mortgage origination.
For over 20 years she has been involved with REOMAC n/k/a NADP. She has been a member of the Board for the past 3 years and served as Chair of the Leadership/Nomination Committee. The Leadership/Nomination Committee was successful in instituting changes needed to the qualifications and voting procedures for board positions. She currently sits on the Membership Committee.
Susan is actively involved with her Town and County Revitalization Projects. Currently appointed to sit on the Town of Clarkstown Architectural Review Board, she is the Vice President of the Nanuet Chamber of Commerce, sits on the executive Board of the Rockland Joint Chamber Alliance and started a Junior Chamber of Commerce in the local Nanuet High School for students to become more involved in their community.
For the past 10 years she has been working arduously with local and county officials for the Town of Clarkstown and County of Rockland to assist with projects for rezoning, development, revitalization and took part in the recent police reform review committee.
Susan is a dedicated leader and innovator in her community and continues to support and engage with local non-profits such as Meals on Wheels, Nanuet & Beyond, People to People, Civic Association, Rotary and Keep Rockland Beautiful.
