About Me
De’Ann Clark, President and CEO of TREO Asset Services, Inc., Ancora Assets Services Lending Division, and Receiver is a 30+ year veteran of the commercial and residential real estate industry. From 1981-1985, Ms. Clark owned and managed Star Real Estate, Laguna Hills, developing a franchise office, including the training and supervising of its teams of agents. Ms. Clark became a full partner in TREO in 1986 and its President & CEO in 1994. TREO is a nationally recognized firm, handling tens of thousands of REO assets for lending & mortgage insurance institutions, municipalities, and government agencies. Specializing in the leasing and physical management of troubled assets for TREO’s clients, Ms. Clark was a major contractor for the RTC, certified as a Woman Owned Business. In 1996 and again in 2007 she was sub-contractor on behalf of the FDIC, supervising the management and liquidation of real property assets of the first bank closure, NetBank, and subsequent national bank closures following. As a court appointed Receiver and as a Receivership Asset Management & Marketing Facilitator since 2003, Clark has handled 16 major engagements, as Receiver or Receivership Services Provider, managing and liquidating over $500 million in commercial and residential receivership assets. In the matter of one multi-million dollar church and K-8 grade school headquartered in Long Beach, she worked as Receiver for the Superior Court over 4 years from 2010 to 2014, successfully doing a business turn-around, asset liquidation, and complete relocation of this large ministry in full settlement of all claims. Ms. Clark created and developed Ancora Asset Services- Lending Division to provide commercial & residential financing. In addition, Ms. Clark currently serves as President on the Board of Directors for REOMAC.
