• Initiate 1st contact with occupant, (Defuse) Negotiate exit strategy for occupant
• Broker Price Opinion, research comparables, make adjustments for conditions
• Determine market value and market strategy for property including whether to rehab or sell as is
• Take possession of property manage all utilities including payments Lien research and resolution, meeting with city staff to mitigate fines
• Obtain bids for repairs, manage vendors
• List and Market Properties
• Monthly reports and updates as needed
• Contract negioations and recommendations to asset managers
• Closing on Property including reconciling vendor, and utility payments with AR/AP
